FOUNDATION
Foundations shall be of Reinforced Earthquake resistance pile structure
Plinth
The Plinth shall be of brick work in cement mortar with waterproofing at plinth level.
Super Structure:
The Super Structure shall be of Earthquake (seismic zone-3) and Fire Resistance reinforced cement concrete framed structures.
Walls
Walls shall be 200 mm thick brick walls on the external face and 100 mm thick in partition walls with Environmental friendly Modular Bricks in cement mortar.
Finishes
Internally all walls and ceiling shall be wall care putty over cement plaster and externally cement plaster & wall care putty finished with cement based paint.
Flooring
Laminated Wooden Flooring in Master Bed Room, other Bedroom will have Vitrified tiles. Designer Gres Porselano tiles in Living/Dining area. Kitchen and Toilet floors to be made with heavy duty antiskid mat finish ceramic tiles.
Doors
All door frames shall be of seasoned and treated Sal or equivalent wood.
Windows
All windows best quality UPVC windows
Water-proofing/Anti Termite
Water proofing treatment for the roof shall be provided and Anti Termite at foundations.
Toilet Fittings
Sanitary-ware white European W.C. Wash Basin with C.P. basin mixer and wall mixer Bath Tub (Master Bedroom Toilet) and Shower Area from manufacturers like Roca, Kohler, Toto or equivalent.
